What You Agree To When You Use ncedu

These terms set the rules for every account on ncedu — how you open one, how deposits and withdrawals work via PayPal, Venmo, and Play+, and what we both agree to. Access depends on state law and is available only where local law permits.

HOW WE HANDLE IT

Data, Security and Your Account Rights

We store only what we need to run your account, verify your identity, and process payments through PayPal, Venmo, and Play+. No payment credentials are held on our servers — those are tokenized through the payment provider. You can request a copy of the data we hold on your account by contacting support through the Help Center path described above.

Account Security

Every login triggers an OTP check sent to your registered email or phone. We do not store passwords in plain text, and session tokens expire automatically after inactivity.

Data Retention

We keep account records for as long as required by applicable state law and our payment processors. Closed accounts are archived, not deleted immediately, per financial compliance requirements.

Cookie Use

We use functional and analytics cookies to keep your session active and improve lobby navigation. You can manage cookie preferences from the footer link on any page of the site.

Change Requests

To update account details or request data correction, log in, go to Account Settings, and submit a change request. Identity re-verification may be required before changes take effect.

Common Questions About These Terms

These are the questions we hear most often when it comes to account terms, eligibility, and what the rules actually mean in practice. If your question isn't answered here, use the live chat path above.

These terms apply to anyone who opens or uses an ncedu account. Access is limited to eligible states where online casino and sports betting activity is permitted under local law.

We can update terms at any time, but material changes are posted at the top of this page before they take effect. Continuing to use your account after an update means you accept the new version.

Any withdrawable balance is returned via the same payment method used to deposit — PayPal, Venmo, or Play+. Identity verification must be complete before the return is processed.

Log in, go to Account Settings, then Help Center, and submit a formal dispute. Include your account ID and a clear description of the issue so our team can review it with the right context.

We hold the information you provided at registration, your transaction history, and session records. Request a copy through the Help Center; we'll respond within the timeframe required by applicable state law.

The core terms are consistent, but eligibility and certain account features depend on state law. Where state rules impose additional requirements, those apply on top of these base terms.
